The 2021 OHSAA D-IV Volleyball Finals were hosted by Wright State University, at the Nutter Center, on Saturday November 13, 2021. It was an all-MAC D-IV state final between New Knoxville (26-2) and St. Henry (22-6), with New Knoxville winning in four sets (22-25, 25-17, 25-22, 25-19).
Congratulations to the New Knoxville volleyball team (27-2) on their 2021 OHSAA D-IV Volleyball State Championship! It is state championship number two for New Knoxville, the first state championship for the New Knoxville volleyball program and state championship number 143 for Midwest Athletic Conference member schools.
Congratulations to the St. Henry volleyball team (22-7) on their runner-up finish in the 2021 OHSAA D-IV Volleyball State Championship.
